Baang & Burne is the brain child of artist Kesha Bruce and photographer Charlie Grosso. The concept behind B & B is a no-walls gallery travelling through cities such as New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Portland. This series of one-night-only art exhibitions will be held in private homes or hotel suites. The inaugural event is scheduled for September 26th in NYC and will feature Jane Zweibel in an exhibition entitled Stitched Identities.
Jane is a New York City based artist who will be exhibiting her "stuffed paintings." These are sewn, stuffed, and painted objects combining the worlds of sculpture and painting.
Although space will be limited at all these intimate events, invitations will be sent to everybody who signs up on their mailing list.
